Dr. Tekle is so sweet and talented. She is confident without being uncaring. My family has had things from routine care to orthodontic referrals to short frenulum exams to dental implants with her. She always has great insights, some of which overlap and others that provide alternative treatments to the ordinary info you find elsewhere. She understands that my teeth are mine and her job is to care for them and guide me on the best way to do the same at home. Other dentists have been bossy and computerlike. She is not. In fact, she and her staff ALWAYS apply MOISTURIZER to my lips before treatment. That is the nicest touch. None of that chapped/sore feeling afterward. ... (As for pain relief, she takes as much time as needed to ensure that the pain shot has taken effect before starting any procedure. My 11-year-old child was literally cheering for Dr. Tekle right after having two wisdom teeth taken out. Amazing.) .. I like that she tries very hard to have everyone in the office perform at 100% to satisfy patients. Her leadership of her staff is always polite yet firm and precise. ... There is great free parking at the office and the building is easy to navigate. The only thing I would improve is the appt reminder system. For a Monday appointment, it doesn't come until Saturday, so adjusting your work schedule that Friday isn't possible if you've forgotten the appointment date. But overall, Dr. Tekle's practice is wonderful.

Dr. Tekle is kind and caring, and she does excellent, long-lasting work. She is also conscientious about the materials she uses. She does not seem rushed, and always spends enough time with me if I have any extra questions. She has been my dentist for a number of years now.

I have been very impressed with Dr Tekle. On my first visit, she went over all my dental issues, allowing me to see with a mirror each issue which needed work. She also spent considerable time reviewing my diet and dental hygiene to see how I might improve. On subsequent visits she has performed the required work in a way that minimized my discomfort, frequently checking to see if I was feeling pain. On multiple visits she reviewed how well I was brushing had me demonstrate my brushing. This review led to the correction of brushing inadequacies that have led to unnecessary decay. I am strongly impressed with Dr. Tekle's commitment to preventive dental care, especially making sure the patient is doing everything possible to minimize dental problems. She takes whatever time is necessary to discuss dental issues and works hard at determining the possible sources of dental problems. She is easy to talk to.

Dr. Tekle has an amazing practice. She is always friendly and puts the patient at ease. When I first came to her I had real anxiety as a dental patient. That is all behind me now and she has made visits truly enjoyable.
