Always find it impressive that Dr. Tekle 's Office is so well maintained for hygiene. Not only she, but techs and staff, let the patient see what care they take...handwashing, gloves, new packaging, time to clean and disinfect...time. No rushing through procedures, they take time, and no chatter to distract from the matter at hand, they all show full concentration. Now that I have had (elsewhere) worse......I can see how important it is to stay quiet to concentrate, no distractions.
